Conditional tags determine the visibility of an element if the specified conditions within it aremet. These conditions include:
1. Post: These are the conditions present within the posts. Some of these conditions include: comments open, Has Tags, Has Excerpt, Is Sticky.
2. Site: These are the general site conditions that are applicable to the post / page within which an element is placed. Some of these include: whether the site is a multisite, uses a child theme, has RTL support.
3. Page: These are general page conditions that would be applicable to the post / page within which an element is located. Some of these include whether it is a page, single post/page, front page, preview, attachment.
4. Archive: These are dynamic post conditions applicable to where an element is based. For example if it’s a category, tag or author archive.
