Within the IP address segment, you can specify which IP addresses will be in a position to view a particular element or section or if the visibility settings are set to “hide”, the IP to which the element will not be visible.
On the referrers segment, you can specify the external sites of which can trigger the visibility or hiding of a section or rather element.
If none is specified, then the Elementor section will be visible for all external site.
