Member Profile – Action Buttons
“Action buttons” widget within the member’s profile help you to take an action when viewing a member page. Among these action buttons include: Add Friend, Cancel Friendship Request, Cancel Friendship, Public Message and Private Message. These individual buttons are grouped together and are controlled with individual settings as required.
General Buttons
Section titled “General Buttons”This styling option applies to the first three buttons within this widget which are .
Display
Section titled “Display”This option enables users to show the buttons in an inline (horizontal) view or a block (vertical) view.
Alignment
Section titled “Alignment”You can set the position of the action buttons within the page (either towards the left, right or center location)
Horizontal and Vertical Spacing
Section titled “Horizontal and Vertical Spacing”These options can either add spacing horizontally or vertically between the various action buttons in this widget.
Typography
Section titled “Typography”Under this option you can alter the font settings of the text in the action buttons. Change the font family, size, weight, style, text transform, line height among others.
Text Color and Background Color
Section titled “Text Color and Background Color”Under these options you have the option to choose your preferred text color and background color for all the buttons.
Box Shadow
Section titled “Box Shadow”This styling option specifies the shadow attached to the general buttons under different states (normal and hover). You can adjust the blur size and spread it horizontally or vertically and define the position between outline and inset.
Border Styling
Section titled “Border Styling ”This option allows you to add some border styling to the action buttons. You can insert some border styling like adding different border types like solid, dotted, dashed, double among others. Then define the width size of your border within the buttons. Choose a preferred color for the border and add a radius size in case you want the buttons to have rounded corners.
You can additionally include some paddings between the button to increase spacing.
Other Buttons
Section titled “Other Buttons”These three buttons come with the same custom styling options individually.
Text, BG and Border Color
Section titled “Text, BG and Border Color”With these options you have the option to choose your preferred text color, background color, and border color for each of the three buttons.
Box Shadow
Section titled “Box Shadow”Similarly you can also adjust each button’s box shadow. You can adjust the blur size and spread it horizontally or vertically and define the position between outline and inset.
